| How did you get to where you are? I had wanted to be a designer/illustrator for a long time so when I finished highschool I went to both uni and TAFE. At the beginning I had no idea - slowly but surely I learned from my (many) mistakes over the years and am pretty happy where I am now. 'Now' during the daytime is designing stuff for tiny little screens on 3G mobile phones which is both different and fun. 'Now' during the nighttime is doing all my music/band related design-y stuff. |
| What process do you usually go through to get a design? How are you inspired? I like to think about it in my head for a while, look at lots of research materials and draw lots of sketches. I get inspired by anything and everything! |
| Design for life? Would you give up your career for kids? I would like to have children one day so I guess I would give it up...for a while. I think we are kind of lucky as designers we can do design at home and anytime we feel like it. Design/art is always going to be in my life, it's part of me so I would never really be able to give it up. |
